Baked oysters Rockefeller

Poached Asian pears with candied walnuts, mixed greens, and dijon vinaigrette

Roast tenderloin of beef en croute with saga bleu cheese, mushroom-scented bordelaise, wild mushroom ragout, and garlic chive potato rosetta.

Molten chocolate cake with mixed berry puree.
